Our journey in the construction industry started long before we officially opened our doors in 2004. Our founder, Tim Day, grew up watching his father work as a contractor, gaining early hands-on experience that shaped his drive to build something of his own. After earning his license, he launched this business with a simple mission—provide honest, reliable contracting services that homeowners can trust.
Since then, we’ve stayed focused on quality craftsmanship and dependable service for residential clients, while taking on select light commercial projects as well. Over the years, we’ve become a go-to team for water damage repairs, bathroom and kitchen remodels, retrofits, and dry rot and termite repairs. Much of our work came through insurance-related jobs, especially helping homeowners deal with sudden water damage or structural issues.
We’ve worked hard to become known for our straightforward process, accurate estimates, and willingness to handle communication with insurance companies on our clients’ behalf. We’re proud to be fully licensed (CA License #600638), fully insured, and recognized by the Better Business Bureau. Our tight-knit crew works together on every project to ensure that we meet the highest standards.
