The remediation process involved a comprehensive approach: removing the affected drywall ceiling, applying a biocide treatment, replacing it with moisture-resistant drywall, using a mold-blocking primer, and finishing with a new paint application.

Enhanced the functionality and aesthetics of a rental property’s hall bathroom. Work performed included removing the old tile floor and vanity, addressing dry rot in the toilet subfloor, and installing a new tile floor, vanity, and a new, rust-free toilet flange.
